Your breast milk should be stored in a pre-sealed and pre-sterilised, single-use lactation bag (or a hospital-provided tube). We cannot accept milk stored in bags not specifically approved for use as lactation bags (no Ziplock-type bags). Glass bottles, jars, or silicone storage bags are also not accepted. Nourishy will have to combine bags filled with less than 75 grams of frozen milk to ensure an accurate 3-year shelf life.

We accept any volume stored in your lactation bag, provided that the zipper is tightly sealed. If your bags are combined, the custom label on the pouch you receive back will indicate this in the note section, along with the dates that were combined if you recorded this information. The bags you send must be intact (no rips or tears) and free of dirt and debris on the outside. Your milk must be frozen solid and not previously thawed.
