Shipping policy

Our service consists of three shipping stages, outlined below. Shipping costs are included in the product price, except in cases where FedEx applies surcharges for locations classified as ‘remote.’

1. Delivery of a shipping cooler – Sent from our facility in QLD to your chosen address anywhere in Australia via FedEx Road or Australia Post eParcel.

2. Return shipment of your frozen milk – Your frozen milk is shipped back to our facility using FedEx Overnight Express.

3. Delivery of your powdered milk – Once processed, your powdered milk is sent to your chosen address via FedEx Road or Australia Post eParcel.
